Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

Infocus Continuing Education LLC (“Infocus CE”) is committed to providing a positive experience for customers purchasing continuing education (“CE”) courses and course packages offered through our learning management system. CE courses and educational content are provided by Affirm Mental Health LLC (“Affirm”).

Refunds for On-Demand Courses and Course Packages

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed the course or courses for which a refund is requested and have not received a Certificate of Completion or CE credit.

Once a course has been completed and a Certificate of Completion or CE credit has been issued, the course is not eligible for a refund.

For course packages containing multiple courses, Infocus CE may issue a full or partial refund depending upon whether any courses within the package have been completed and CE credit or Certificates of Completion have been issued.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you make a duplicate purchase or believe you were charged in error, please contact us. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Live Webinars and Events

Live webinars and workshops offered through the LMS are educational programs provided by Affirm. Affirm is responsible for the educational program, including its content, presenters and faculty, educational delivery, scheduling, attendance and participation requirements, continuing education eligibility, accreditation, regulatory compliance, and decisions regarding cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the program.

Infocus CE's role is limited to its LMS and related technology and administrative functions, including facilitating broadcast or access through the LMS, sales and payment processing, registration through the LMS, learner administration and tracking, and certificate generation and issuance.

If Affirm cancels, postpones, or materially changes a live webinar or workshop, Affirm will determine the appropriate program-related resolution. If a monetary refund is authorized for a transaction originally processed through the Infocus CE LMS, Infocus CE will process the refund to the original method of payment.

Course Changes or Unavailability

Course offerings may occasionally be modified, replaced, rescheduled, or discontinued.

If a course you purchased becomes unavailable before you complete it, Infocus CE will make reasonable efforts, in coordination with Affirm where applicable, to provide an appropriate replacement course, account credit, or refund.

If a change materially affects the eligibility of a purchased course for the CE credit represented at the time of purchase, Affirm will determine the appropriate program-related resolution. If that resolution includes a monetary refund for a transaction originally processed through the Infocus CE LMS, Infocus CE will process the authorized refund to the original method of payment.
